This form of public transportation is my favorite one to take photo of: the "skylab".

In Cebu, they have scooters with their own uber- like app going around the city picking up passengers. In Butuan (actually anywhere in the Philippines), this is a common mode of transportation especially those remote locations inaccessible by four-wheeled vehicles.
