To jump or not to jump that is the question. Or as my cousin said, "to ambak or not to ambak dat is da question."
Barring the melancholic picture, I think the man was just doing a sensible thing of keeping cool while passing the time. After I took this picture of him, I heard a number of his friends (and perhaps including the thinking man himself) were heckling, and laughing. I didn't stay long enough to check.
