Sari-sari




This is an example of a sari-sari store. Sari-sari is roughly translated as varied, different, diverse (help?). Sari sari store as the name implies sells different things. It depends on the sari-sari store but you can buy sugar, junk foods, charcoal for barbecue, softdrinks etc. etc.

I want to thank my accomplices for making this photo more interesting. You know who you are. =)

this photo reminds me of my childhood. the trip to the sari-sari store was exciting. i could get my ice candy, chicharon, or a litre of coke. the good ol' days.
