Crispy and Sour and Salty

Photobucket

Green, unripe mangoes and salt.

This photo is for ATE LISA, as requested.

Because you said my photos are lami (delicious) Thanks! =)

I searched far and wide just to get you this. Hehe

I took this photo from a grumpy woman on the street of Burgos. She didn't believe that someone requested a photo of this green, unripe fruit. But the good thing is she let me take a photo of them anyway.

The dong-- I take it you like these sour things... hehehe You really feel full after eating this? Amazing.

tammie-- hehe it was really funny the way she was getting cranky on me.

daryl-- you're so good. I have focal b&w on my other photo software but I can't get it to look like yours.

wow! favorite ko yan! :)
tama si "the dong", bagoong na lang ang kulang! hehe... mas gusto ko yun kaysa sa asin. :)

vic-- ah ok. hehehe pero photo request kasi is of mango and asin lang, eh. i didn't think. sayang. I should've included toyo (soy sauce), bagoong (shrimp paste) too, no? Ako hindi. Too sour for me. I'm making sour faces right now. Hahaha

my mouth is watery - i like to eat those with vinegar and salt.

hahaha another green mango aficionado. So there's a couple of different types of green mango eaters, i see. mango+salt only, mango+ bagoong, mango+ soy sauce (Like the kids I saw today), and mango+vinegar+salt. I wonder what other kinds will crop up later...

Man, that looks like a whole lot of work slicing and packing all those mangoes! Never had an opportunity to try this food, but I can tell you I like ripe mango quite a lot.

So you do eat it then? Doesn’t it give you a stomach upset?

Lovely photograph by the way, I love the composition, especially the colour.

I eat it but rarely. Nope =) Its just too sour for my taste. But its kinda nice too because its crunchy and fresh. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

thank you kris =)
