Marang Mobile Store
I took this photo one afternoon. The marang we bought from this vendor was ripe and delicious. It was milky and sweet plus it was cheap. Ten to fifteen pesos per fruit. I like how the boy posed for the picture and also how his mom covered her face with clothe. It's a multipurpose, the cover, I think. One is to ward off dust and smoke and the other is to prevent skin darkening (yeah me and the skin darkening effects of the sun).

I already forgot how it tastes like. But I'm sure I already tried that when I visited Polomolok years ago. There's an abundance of fresh fruits in the South. =)
try it again when you can witsandnuts, its sweet and delicious and the big plus is its quite cheap. won't break the bank. hihihi
My friends are going to scream in frustration when they find out how cheap marang is there. Can hardly get them here at all!
hehehe hi Hilda, I think its because of its short shelf life. less marang is brought there.
I know nothing about this fruit, the mobile store is quite efficient!
I would love some marang! Haven't had it in years. Impossible to get it here, as far as I know.
Fascinating fruit, fascinating faces!
