I took this photo when I went to the park last week. Ants are nothing extraordinary (Except maybe for entomologists) nor Butuanon related but these guys gave me the creeps. They were huge! Almost an inch big! So I'm posting it here-- and share the heebie jeebies with you.

I think the ants were getting ready for a feast, and that's probably why they're big.
