While walking under the Macapagal Bridge, Butuan City- which my friend in the US said is unsafe but proved uneventful to us- thank goodness, we met friendly people who allowed us to take lots of photos without any problem. Anyway, I love this photo of these three brothers playing rubber wheels. They stood still long enough for me to take a few photos. And they were kind enough to let us take more pictures around the area.
