We rented a pump boat to take us to the more popular resorts. Are you familiar of the term bayanihan? It is the spirit of being neighborly-- more specifically of helping one neighbor to move their house from one place to another. It is a rare sight to behold especially if one lives in the city. This photo is my take on bayanihan. In this case the group of people is moving a boat instead of a house.

If only we could all be as neighbourly
... it would be a wonderful world to live in. =) I'm just happy the bayanihan spirit still lives.
