If you are hankering for the deliciously fatty goodness of lechon baboy (roasted pork) and a whole lechon is too much. You can buy some for per kilo. This photo was taken inside Ramos Lechon House. The lechon butcher as you can see was enclosed the glass room as he chopped up lechon into pieces. You can hear the lechon skin crackling with each thud of the huge knife.
