This dried fish is called many names: bulad, toyo, daing, dried stinky fish, (insert expletives by the uninitiated). Photo taken during my langihan market excusion.

First, I would like to thank you for bearing with my repetitive festival photos. I'm just posting what's left of photobucket photos because I'm not home in Butuan yet.
Yes this is another of my Calagan festival photo. The quality isn't good because I had to reduce my camera's resolution to save space.
Hope you enjoyed my photo of the day anyway!

Hidden Gratitude
My companions were still busy looking at the alimango (crab) and shells when I spied this sign, almost hidden by the papaya leaves, across the dusty road. This sign shows that we are either shy about our thankfulness or we are so serious about it we had to build a sign as a symbol of our thankful spirit! What do you think?

Fisherman
at lumbocan port.
He was quite a sport at the bunch of us taking photos of him. He suggested that we head to Magallanes next because the beach there, he said, is pretty. Next target: Magallanes beach.
