Lyra, even if you're very busy, you'll always have photo opportunities. Start looking at the places you pass through, eat in, travel with the eyes of someone who is not from Butuan. Everything is interesting — whether it's a view, a detail, food, building, everything!
I've taken to bringing our camera with me everyday so I have no excuse not to take photos. I share the cam with my husband, but today we finally went out and bought me my own — a tiny Canon Ixus so I can hang it around my neck. Other people can drool over DSLRs — I wanted the tiniest and lightest stand-alone cam I could find. Hahaha! I have no plans whatsoever of becoming anything other than a blogger. ;D
The problem hilda is I am very paranoid about leaving my camera on my bag alone. So if I work I leave it at home. Since the past few days and this week is super busy I really don't have the opportunity to take any new ones. I'm just being lazy also so instead of looking outside to take photos I'm looking around my hard drive for some spare ones lying around feeling neglected. haha.
Yay you finally have your own camera! Its fantastic news! I'd love to own a tiny camera too, and of course that DSLR. But not yet. =)
