Dear Butuan City,
I laud the difference in the past few years. When the national government said "Build Build Build" it happened everyone and not only in the capital region. I felt it. I saw the changes. There are roads and streets and main thoroughfares that are being repaired- and lickety-split too. One day there was a crater in the middle of the road in the lower Doongan area and the next time I passed, there was none. Repairs and rehabilitation in the city's infrastructures are seen by all. We may complain a lot about the traffic caused by these so-called "build build build" but despite it all we know we will eventually benefit the changes done.
However, as a Brgy Dagohoy resident. A Pizarro Street resident, I would just like to point out that Pizarro Street sorely needs tender loving care too. Passing through this street is like going on a major rough, off- the- beaten path when it is the opposite. Huge trucks and ten wheelers even make their way through here. So if there is still a little budget in the coffer, maybe there'd be some for repair here? :)
